Before you write

  • Checking a record? Use the verify page with the task number and key.
  • A vendor replying to a record? Include the task number. Replies are published unedited.
  • Spotted an error? Tell us the task number and what is wrong. Fixes appear in the corrections log.
  • Questions about using a product cannot be answered. Tested.ph describes samples only.
