Verify a report

Every Tested.ph report carries a task number and a six-character key. Together they open the original record on this site, so you can check a result yourself instead of trusting a screenshot.

Both are printed on the report. Keys never contain I, L, O or U.

  • Third-party lab analysis
  • Vials bought anonymously
  • The lab is named on every record
  • Rankings are calculated only from test results. Vendors cannot pay for a score.

What you will see

  • The compound and the amount printed on the label.
  • Whether identity was confirmed, with the method used.
  • HPLC purity and the measured amount against the label.
  • Which partner laboratory analysed the sample, and when.
  • The chain of custody, from purchase to publication.
  • The SHA-256 fingerprint of the signed report, any vendor reply, and any correction.

Transcript

Find the task number and key printed on the report. Type them into the verify box and press Verify. The record shows identity, purity and the measured amount, with who analysed it and when. Copy the link to share the record itself, not a screenshot. Example record.

If a record does not open

Check the characters one by one. Keys use digits and the letters A to Z except I, L, O and U, so a character that looks like an O is a zero. Typing in lower case is fine.

Records still under vendor review, and drafts, do not open. If a seller shows you a Tested.ph report that does not open here at all, treat it as unverified and tell us.

Checking records often? Keep their keys in your vault, which flags any record that is later corrected.

Checking a report from another laboratory? The COA checker explains how to verify it with the lab that issued it.
