Sample requirements
- One sealed, unopened vial, with its label intact. Opened vials cannot be tested because the contents may have changed.
- A clear photo of the label and batch code before you send it.
- Any label amount can be tested.
- Tell us where you bought it. The vendor name stays private unless you choose a public record.
What a TB-500 test often catches
- Which molecule is in the vial.
- An amount measured against the wrong reference.
- Acetylated or not.
